We'll play, talk, cuddle, and move through your favorite spaces while I document the everyday magic. 01. How do I book a session?
Simply fill out the contact form or send an email to hopscotch2photography@gmail.com. I’ll follow up to discuss details, availability, and location. Once we choose a date, a signed contract and a retainer will secure your session.
02. How long is the session?
Most family sessions last about 45–60 minutes. That gives us enough time to warm up, have fun, and capture a mix of posed and candid images.
03. Where will the session take place?
Sessions can be held at an outdoor location of your choice (I have some great suggestions!) or in the comfort of your home/studio for a more lifestyle feel. We’ll discuss your vision and decide what’s best for your family.
04. What if it rains or we need to reschedule?
No worries! I keep a few backup dates on hand for weather-related issues. If someone gets sick or something unexpected comes up, we’ll find a new time that works for everyone.
05. What if my kids don’t cooperate?
That’s completely normal—and expected! I work with kids of all ages and keep things fun, flexible, and relaxed. We’ll take breaks, play games, and keep the vibe stress-free. Sometimes the most beautiful photos come from the unexpected moments.
06. When will we receive our photos?
Your final, edited gallery will be delivered within 2–3 weeks. You'll receive an online gallery where you can download images, order prints, and share with family.
07. Can extended family or pets join the session?
Absolutely. I love capturing extended family and furry friends! Just let me know in advance so I can plan accordingly.
08. Do you offer prints or albums?
Yes! I offer high-quality prints, wall art, and custom albums through your online gallery. You can easily order professional-grade products that are made to last.
09. What should we wear?
I recommend coordinating outfits rather than matching. Choose soft, neutral tones or earthy colours, and avoid bold logos or neon colors. I provide a style guide and am happy to help you plan your look!
10. Do you provide decorations or props?
I don’t provide full décor, but I’m happy to recommend vendors and help you coordinate a look. I can bring a few small props for younger children (like stools, balloons, or banners) upon request.
